Laugenbrezel are a perfect party food or great for eating after your sip of your favorite beer. We use our own sourdough starter named (Sally) along with traditional yeast, Organic local honey, and organic High Gluten flour.
You will enjoy them, dip them, sneak them from family members, and your kids will fight over who gets the last one…..it-always happens in my house.
Our beer cheese is made from SHARP Cheddar, Washington State Craft pilsner, love and a little spice
